This report analyzes the interactions between two American businessfolk and their host of Venezuelan associates as they attempt to sign a contract and finalize a new business venture. The business meetings between the two parties did not go to plan; how did the Americans' actions and reactions in differing situations sway the Venezuelans' opinions of them? How did this affect their business partnership? This report compares the differences between American and Venezuelan cultures and analyzes how the interactions during the meetings affected the overall outcome of the situation. The report also offers recommendations to implement in future international business partnerships.
